About the position

As a Junior Full Stack Developer at INTEGRITYOne Partners, you will play a crucial role in delivering software solutions that support law enforcement missions. This position involves collaborating with a dedicated team to solve complex technical challenges and develop systems that enhance national security. The role requires a blend of front-end and back-end development skills, with a focus on creating scalable and high-performance applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results over 2-week sprints.
• Gather requirements, design, implement, and test software and systems.
• Develop scalable, high-performance, and highly available applications and systems components.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other development teams.
• Respond to client requirements in tight timeframes, demonstrating flexibility in work location and hours.

Requirements

• US Citizenship (ability to obtain and maintain a DHS 6C Public Trust clearance)
• Bachelor's degree or higher (computer science background recommended but not required with suitable experience)
• Ability to work on-site in Crystal City, Virginia, 1-2 days per week
• 3-5 years of experience in Agile software development
• Proven track record in designing and developing scalable applications
• Experience working in government or high-security environments is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AWS Cloud for back-end infrastructure
• Familiarity with Spring Boot microservices (GraphQL/REST)
• Knowledge of Containerization, DevSecOps tools and techniques, and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
