About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining web applications, as well as integrating and transforming data using SSIS. This role requires a blend of front-end and back-end development skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs. The position is based in Philadelphia, with a preference for a hybrid work model, allowing for 2 days a week on-site, which can be flexible to 1 day or 2 times per month. The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $135,000, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET technologies.
• Integrate and transform data using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Proficiency in .NET framework and related technologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Familiarity with cloud services like Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
