About the position

InfoTrack is seeking a Full-Stack Developer for People Operations Modernization, a role that is pivotal in reimagining the technology that supports our People and Culture team. This position is designed for a versatile professional who is skilled in both front-end and back-end development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing web applications that streamline internal processes and enhance user experience. Given the sensitive nature of employee and financial data, the role demands a commitment to the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection. In this role, you will engage in the development and design of intuitive web applications aimed at improving operational workflows. You will develop and integrate robust APIs, both SOAP and RESTful, to facilitate back-end functionalities and connect with third-party services. Additionally, you will manage databases and servers to support the back-end infrastructure while ensuring high data security standards are maintained. You will oversee projects throughout the entire software development lifecycle, emphasizing data security and quality assurance. This includes writing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality software, while regularly proposing improvements to existing products. Effective communication with stakeholders is essential, as you will gather requirements and translate technical details into business-friendly language. Staying updated on technology trends and proactively researching innovative solutions to enhance development practices will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to suggest enhancements to products based on feedback, technological advancements, and operational needs, while also supporting broader team goals by performing ad hoc tasks as required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build intuitive web applications to streamline operational workflows.

  • Manage databases and servers to support back-end infrastructure, maintaining high data security.
  • Oversee projects through the entire software development lifecycle, with an emphasis on maintaining data security.
  • Write, review, and maintain high-quality software, regularly proposing improvements to existing products.

  • Stay updated on tech trends and proactively research innovative solutions to enhance development practices.
  • Suggest enhancements to products based on feedback, technological advancements, and operational needs.
  • Support broader team goals by performing ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development, including web applications and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and API development (SOAP and RESTful services).
  • Experience with Microservice Architecture.
  • Proficient in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and ReactJS.
  • Experience with JavaScript SPA frameworks (AngularJS, VueJS).
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills and database management with MSSQL.
  • Familiarity with Entity Framework and testing frameworks for robust testing practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
