About the position

The Full Stack Developer role focuses on creating high-performing, modern web applications using Python for backend development and React (TypeScript/JavaScript) for frontend development. The position requires collaboration with designers and technical teams to implement user interfaces, manage data flows, and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilize React (TS/JS) with a strong focus on state management using Redux.
• Collaborate with backend systems, primarily using Python (Flask/FastAPI).
• Implement RESTful APIs and manage database interactions.
• Work closely with designers to implement layouts from Figma and enhance UI with CSS and animations.
• Debug issues efficiently and ensure smooth performance across the app.
• Handle asynchronous requests and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend.
• Participate in agile development practices including sprint planning, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
• Work closely with both technical teams and end users to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing applications in Python using Flask or FastAPI.
• Strong experience with React (TypeScript/JavaScript) and Redux for state management.
• Understanding of React Hooks and ability to troubleshoot React applications.
• Experience with API integrations and data management on the frontend.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and Git for version control.
• Familiarity with backend APIs and database interactions.
• Experience with modern frontend design principles and animations in React apps.
