About the position

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React and .Net Core to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing software solutions across the full stack, ensuring high-quality code, and collaborating with other developers. This role emphasizes clean coding practices and effective communication within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of software solutions across the full stack.
• Take ownership of changes throughout the entirety of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Review code developed by others and provide feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
• Communicate, contribute to, and enforce coding standards.
• Understand the benefits of various design methodologies and object-oriented environments.
• Document programming tasks using the company's application life cycle management system.
• Perform unit testing of code to ensure it meets specifications.
• Utilize secure programming methodologies to reduce risk to the company and clients.
• Follow the company's Software Development Cycle for development activities.
• Participate in various meetings and planning sessions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of React, .Net Core Web API, ASP.Net, and other technologies used by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience in React and one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, C#, VB).
• Knowledge of API and communication protocols and integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience developing in .Net Core API and ASP.Net.
• Experience developing libraries, APIs, and/or SDKs for use by other developers.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
• Experience with unit testing.
