The Full Stack Engineer at Flexion is responsible for designing and developing meaningful applications that contribute to large-scale, enterprise-wide systems, particularly in the healthcare sector. This role emphasizes collaboration within a cross-functional team, focusing on enhancing an enterprise government system and performing migrations within AWS. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and a commitment to quality in software development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary agile application development team.
• Enhance and operate an enterprise government system.
• Perform migration from one AWS account to another.
• Write high-quality code efficiently and maintain coding standards.
• Participate in Agile application development and Test-Driven Development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• BS (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Passion for learning new technologies quickly.
• Ability to write high-quality code efficiently.
• Experience with Agile application development.
• Experience in Test-Driven Development.
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript development.
• Experience developing Restful JSON APIs.
• Experience with SQL.
