About the position

The Full Stack Developer, also referred to as The Digital Architect, is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications from concept to completion. This role involves working across the entire tech stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that enhance user experiences. The developer will engage in both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration and performance of applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications.
  • Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Design and implement backend services and APIs using technologies like Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver features.
  • Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Conduct thorough testing of frontend and backend systems to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Identify and fix performance bottlenecks on both frontend and backend.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Expertise in server-side frameworks such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or Java.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Experience with Git and version control systems, as well as collaboration tools like Jira, Slack, or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs across the full stack.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Relevant certifications or additional coursework in full-stack development, system architecture, or cloud computing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
