About the position

The Full Stack Developer position at Citi is an intermediate level role focused on the Fixed Income Short Term Technology Team. The primary objective is to contribute to the analysis and programming of application systems, particularly for highly liquid Money Market instruments. The role involves collaborating with the Technology team to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs, ensuring they meet specific business needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning.
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
• Analyze complex problems/issues and evaluate business and system processes.
• Recommend and develop security measures post-implementation to ensure successful system design.
• Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
• Define operating standards and processes for application development.
• Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
• Strong understanding of software development standards including code quality and version control.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Kafka, WPF, .NET (XAML), and C#.
