Full Stack Developer

About the position

The Frontend Web Developer position requires proficiency in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure application development skills across multiple technologies. The candidate should have a strong background in Full Stack Development and be capable of using a full stack development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software. An understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with at least one common framework is essential. The role also demands knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency, and security. The candidate should be proficient in one or more general-purpose programming languages and have a grasp of various software engineering disciplines, including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of software.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Corporate Meetings and Events Web Team to create microsites, communications, and registration forms using the proprietary event management tool, GEM.

Requirements

• Proficient in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure application development skills for more than one technology.
• Proficient in Full Stack Development.
• Working proficiency in Full Stack development toolset.
• Demonstrates understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrates understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency, and security.
• Working proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
• Understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of software.
