Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new applications using C#, Blazor, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure.

- Apply software design principles like SOLID and architectural patterns to enhance the platform's maintainability.
- Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to short, iterative sprints focused on continuous improvement.
- Identify gaps in technical specifications through proactive analysis, ensuring clarity in requirements and designs.
- Contribute to our culture of continuous learning and improvement by thoughtfully applying new knowledge and best practices to our work.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack.
- Thoroughness in work with meticulous attention to detail, skilled at navigating both greenfield and legacy codebases.
- Understanding of software design principles like SOLID, TDD, and familiarity with design patterns.
- Ability to participate in technical discussions and mentor junior developers while being open to learning from peers.
