As a Full Stack Developer on the Wealth & Distribution Technology Architecture team, you will work with a team of skilled and knowledgeable peers who cooperate to design and shape solutions across the sales & distribution value stream. The Sales & Distribution Architecture team is a shared service that supports various support & delivery organizations that facilitate our two main distribution channels. Your peers lead with accountability, coaching, collaboration, creativity, and knowledge to design the solutions that enable meaningful business outcomes and technical modernization for high priority initiatives. Our team is inspired by the role that we play in shaping both business and technical strategies and the value that our partnership offers to the teams that we work with to deliver. We have a lot of demand and are growing as a result. The role involves staying updated on the industry and using that knowledge to make sure we are creating, designing, and developing solutions that align with our future business goals. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work with other experienced technology experts to deliver solutions that improve our business processes. In this role, like in all roles at MassMutual, you will show responsibility, flexibility, a commitment to being inclusive, a strong business sense, and courage, even in the most challenging situations. You will use your excellent communication skills, as well as your enthusiasm for learning, leadership qualities, resilience, and self-awareness. In this role, you will be expected to partner with Solution Architects & Development Teams to translate architecture to design/code-level execution. You will collaborate with developers, architects, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and business goals. Your typical day-to-day responsibilities will include strong partnership & collaboration with Solutions Architects, contributing to governed architecture artifacts, hands-on collaboration with development teams, participation in design & code reviews, and contributing to our architecture community by attending and participating in Architecture & Design Roundtables, Architecture Review Boards, and Solution Architecture Guild meetings.
