About the position

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications and API endpoints using Python, specifically the Flask framework, to meet project requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and optimize database schemas, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implement security measures to protect the application from vulnerabilities and threats.
• Design and build RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the front-end and back-end.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain and update documentation for codebase, APIs, and system architecture.
• Helm chart development and maintenance for complex applications.
• Openshift running large workloads in complex environments: strong Kubernetes experience with reference operators, custom resources, RBAC, number of clusters/namespaces, resource management, scaling, monitoring etc.
• CI/CD pipeline experience, specifically GitLab, references to pipelines built and maintained, Docker optimization.
• Experience deploying C#, Python workloads.
• Knowledge of integrating generative AI frameworks in an application is a big plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• At least 5 years of experience and proficiency in Python and the Flask web framework.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React and Vue.js will be added advantage.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI and Generative AI frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC and Kubernetes.
