About the position

The Full Stack Developer position is a contract role based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, designed for a junior developer who is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment. The candidate must be local to Wisconsin and hold a valid work authorization (USC, GC, H4, EAD-GC). This role emphasizes full-stack development, particularly focusing on cloud technologies and API development. The successful candidate will be expected to adapt to the team's processes with guidance from more experienced team members, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their skills in a supportive setting. In this position, the developer will engage in various technical responsibilities, including development on the legacy NVS WBF system and API development, which involves writing API code and collaborating with the data team for data ingestion tasks. The role also includes .NET development within an Azure cloud environment, where the developer will perform database tasks, excluding data modeling, and work closely with front-end developers to create or maintain APIs. The focus on cloud and API work makes this role particularly suited for a junior developer who is willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as they contribute to the team's objectives.
