About the position

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our customer in the Twin Cities area. This direct hire position offers a competitive salary of up to $135,000 annually and features a hybrid work schedule based in Mendota Heights, MN. The primary focus of this role is to craft, construct, and maintain internal applications utilizing cloud technologies and modern frameworks such as .Net and MVC. The successful candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis, participating in sprints, and completing assigned tasks efficiently. In this position, the Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and implement applications and internal tools, ensuring the production of high-quality code. The role requires conducting design sessions and code reviews independently, mentoring junior team members, and developing both front-end and back-end applications. The developer will manage Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) for various databases including Oracle, Access, and Sage, and will lead requirement discovery and gathering meetings. Proficiency in SQL Server and the ability to write complex queries are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and unit testing skills, validate business requirements, and achieve stakeholder alignment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as the developer will work closely with various teams to ensure project success. The role also demands a deep understanding of industry best practices, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective project management skills. A solid grasp of IT cybersecurity practices is also necessary to ensure the security and integrity of the applications developed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive cybersecurity knowledge
  • 7 years in software development
  • Experience in managing IT projects and deployments
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns
  • Ability to create technical documentation
  • Expertise in Azure DB, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Power BI, Oracle APIs, microservices, RESTful API development, Web API, Swagger, Unit Testing, DevOps, and CI/CD Pipelines
  • Experience in risk assessment and management

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science
