Responsibilities

• Utilize third-party REST APIs to consume and normalize data in JSON and XML format.
• Lead the development of new features and enhancements, from concept through deployment, emphasizing user-friendly design and robust backend functionality.
• Apply advanced UX/UI design principles to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces, utilizing feedback and analytics to guide design improvements.
• Craft and deploy microservices, focusing on modularity, scalability, and efficiency, to support our platform's backend architecture.
• Oversee deployment pipelines to ensure seamless rollout of updates to production, staging, and development environments.
• Manage and maintain several Linux servers in a VPS hosting environment.
• Maintain MySQL and Redis instances and optimize query performance.
• Implement and maintain best practices for security, protecting user data and preventing attacks such as SQL injection, XSS, and remote code execution.
• Strong organization and communication skills to keep track of tasks and stay in sync with the team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development, including front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development in PHP and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of RESTful services, OAuth, and handling of JSON and XML.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing skill in UX/UI design and methodologies to create user-centric solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
