As a Full Stack Engineer in the Application Development team at S&P Global, you will play a crucial role in the development and support of Content & Publishing applications that are integral to our Rating business. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to interface with multiple groups effectively. You will be responsible for delivering business value through application development, enhancements, and production support, which will involve advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all production changes adhere to life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines, as well as assessing change impacts and providing effort estimates. You will need to demonstrate a sense of ownership and responsibility for your assignments, which includes gathering and understanding requirements, technical specifications, design, architecture, implementation, unit testing, builds/deployments, and code management. Collaboration with both onsite and offsite team members is essential, and you will be expected to learn new technologies quickly and efficiently. This role is hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work, providing flexibility while maintaining productivity and team cohesion.
