About the position

We're looking for a talented Software Engineering Intern to assist the Full Stack team in developing the underlying systems and services that power Matroid's computer vision platform. You'll be working onsite at our new downtown Palo Alto office, located near the Stanford campus and Caltrain.
Responsibilities
- Developing a significant feature or features for Matroid's computer vision platform
- Measuring and evaluating technology and design tradeoffs and alternatives
- Iteratively scoping, designing, and building your project while getting feedback and mentorship from experienced team members
Requirements
- Working towards a degree in CS or equivalent
- Significant experience working web applications on either via previous work experience or personal projects
- Passion for and attention to detail when working on user-facing features
- Expertise with JavaScript / TypeScript and React
- Willingness and eligibility for security clearance up to TS/SCI
Nice-to-haves
- You've built browser based features on top of machine learning technologies
- Have experience with: Redux, Node.js, Express.js
- Have worked with video or graphics in the browser
