About the position

The Full Stack/ETL Developer at Leidos is responsible for providing Agile DevOps support to mission-critical systems, focusing on the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data between databases. This role involves developing custom code and scripts to manage data efficiently and serves as a senior software developer within the ETL team, ensuring that enterprise data requirements are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design the data storage system for the enterprise and test it before it goes live.
• Analyze enterprise data objectives and design optimal ETL processes to support those objectives.
• Recommend methodologies to optimize the visualization, organization, storage, and availability of large-scale data.
• Provide scripting support to enhance dataset access solutions.
• Hold meetings with PMO and enterprise stakeholders.
• Serve as a functional lead for the ETL team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with data modeling.
• Ability to establish database designs in various forms, including star and snowflake schemas.
• Extensive experience with relational databases, such as MySQL, utilizing SQL queries.
• Extensive ETL/Data Integration experience using Pentaho, Shell Scripting, Python, Ruby on Rails, Elastic, and Neo4J.
• Previous supervising experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
