The Full Stack Front-End Developer position at iconectiv is a full-time role based in Bridgewater, NJ, with a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in the office two days a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for building product enhancements and solutions that align with customer and product roadmap requirements. This role involves developing and implementing both UI and backend components using a function-based architecture, including web services. The developer will work closely with various technologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software systems on aggressive schedules while adapting to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in building scalable web applications utilizing a wide range of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript libraries such as jQuery, and Java Servlets. Familiarity with frameworks, particularly Angular (12.x and up), is preferred. The role also requires programming experience in Java and knowledge of open standard file formats like JSON and XML. Candidates should be comfortable working with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL and possess an understanding of secure design and coding practices. In addition to technical skills, the position demands excellent communication abilities to articulate problems and solutions clearly. The developer should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong willingness to learn and adapt. A BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience is acceptable. The work environment is dynamic, and familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, as well as ALM tools like Helix and JIRA, is advantageous. Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools such as Jenkins and Git will also be beneficial for this role.
