As a Fullstack Engineer - Service Delivery Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to the financial services marketplace, working closely with experienced advisory professionals. This position can be based anywhere in the country, with a primary focus on North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery, and support of technology solutions. The position is fast-paced and ever-changing, requiring you to be a flexible self-starter who can manage changing priorities and learn new technologies quickly. You will collaborate with clients to transform their business through innovative engineering solutions, modernizing systems, processes, and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms. The team leverages Microservices, Cloud, Omni-channel integration, API Management, and open-source technologies to enable end-to-end automation. Your key responsibilities will include assisting engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, delivering high-quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience, and communicating progress to client engagement teams. You will demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements definition to engineering design, development, integration, and testing, based on a proven agile methodology.
