As a Fullstack Engineer - Service Delivery Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to the financial services marketplace. This position can be based anywhere in the country, with a primary focus on North Carolina. Our FSO teams have been at the forefront of every event that has reshaped and redefined the financial services industry. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced advisory professionals to deliver technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. You will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery, and support of technology solutions. This fast-paced and ever-changing environment requires you to be a flexible self-starter, capable of managing changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions. You will collaborate with clients to transform their business through disruptive innovation enablement and transformational design solutions, supporting them in modernizing systems, processes, and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms and services. Your key responsibilities will include assisting engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying distributed software applications. You will deliver high-quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience, while also communicating progress to client engagement teams and demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
