About the position

The Full Stack Java Developer position is a contract role focused on independent contributions to a high data volume transaction and batch processing system. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and navigate complex existing code. This role requires expertise in various technologies and the capability to handle large systems with strict service level agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-volume transaction and batch processing systems.
• Analyze and resolve issues in existing code and batch processes.
• Implement new functionalities in complex systems.
• Work independently with minimal support to deliver results.
• Utilize strong DB/SQL skills to manage data effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.
• Strong expertise in Java, SpringBoot, AWS, Spring Integration, Spring Batch, Hibernate, and Angular.
• Excellent database and SQL skills.
• Ability to work on large complex systems handling huge data volumes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Autosys or similar scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks.
