About the position

The Full Stack Java Developer will be part of the manufacturing IT group, focusing on building new products from the ground up that can be utilized globally. This role involves collaborating with dealership groups and enhancing existing applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular. The developer will engage in Agile project management, contributing to the software development cycle, and participating in daily stand-ups and architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• Work with new products and provide innovative solutions to improve operations on the manufacturing floor.
• Enhance an established Java Spring Boot/Angular application.
• Participate in Agile project management including sprint planning and task assignments.
• Develop user stories and set goals/milestones for the development cycle.
• Engage in daily stand-up meetings and group huddles for project updates and discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on Angular.
• In-depth backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Postgres systems.
• Experience in building applications, not just working with features, with a strong integration capability.
