About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Pasadena, CA. This role focuses on back-end development with Java and Spring Boot while also requiring strong front-end skills in frameworks like Angular or React. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using microservices architecture and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and implement event-driven systems.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver interactive UIs using Angular, React, Stencil, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS cloud services.
• Utilize build tools like npm and Grunt for efficient development and deployment.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, adhering to best practices in architecture and design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain optimal performance and responsiveness.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to improve product scalability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong back-end focus.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficient in RESTful API development, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Solid experience with front-end technologies: Angular, React, Stencil, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks for both front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
• Agile methodology experience is a plus.
