About the position

The Full Stack Java Developer position at Hansen Talent Group involves working with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. The developer will engage in various tasks related to application systems analysis and design, focusing on data integration efforts and developing services using Java and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of applications systems analysis and design.
• Participate in multiple tasks throughout the day to help data integration efforts, including designing new services and developing using Java/JavaScript.
• Work with other application areas, configure Gateway routing, and troubleshoot existing data issues across the enterprise.
• Analyze systems specifications and develop applications to support information systems processes.
• Prepare detailed specifications from which complex programs will be written.
• Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain these programs.
• Formulate scope and objectives through research to develop or modify complex systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of application development, systems testing or other job-related experience.
• Hands-on Java & JavaScript development experience.
• REST & SOAP API experience.
• Demonstrated experience with real-time data integration between systems.
• Strong knowledge of relevant operating systems, programming languages, and development tools and their usage in the company.
• Design and Analysis skills and the ability to work with diverse teams to solve complex challenges.
