About the position

The Full Stack JavaScript Developer will be responsible for constructing, testing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications in an agile environment. This remote position is specifically for candidates residing in Arizona and focuses on building new applications while converting old ones using a modern technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Builds new applications and converts old applications using their modern technology stack
• Codes, tests, and maintains programs using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Aurelia & SQL
• Debugs problems with applications using appropriate techniques and methods
• Maintains confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed
• Works with other developers, testers, and stakeholders to build and support business applications
• Keeps current with and updates technical skills
• Documents problems and resolutions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 1+ years of experience with front-end web frameworks, such as React, Vue, Angular, or Aurelia
• Knowledge of web development including DOM, JavaScript (ES 6 or above), HTML, CSS
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Experience with Node.js

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using Redux (or other Flux implementations), Typescript, or Sass preferred
• Experience working with relational data structures (MSSQL, Oracle) preferred
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or deployment pipelines preferred
