The Project Manager will be the AI & Data lead supporting the Network enablement organization's clients. This role is pivotal as the central coordination point across all AI & Data development partners. The Project Manager will help drive requirements definition, scope and impact assessment, and delivery execution. This position requires influencing and partnering with business and technology stakeholders across the organization to build consensus, develop a technology solution, and establish an implementation timeline. Key responsibilities include facilitating the intake, organization, and prioritization of projects and use cases, driving the development and application of new technologies focused on AI and Big Data. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop action plans, establish milestones, and provide status updates. Additionally, the role involves managing and communicating key timelines and deliverables to execute on strategic initiatives, standing up Ad-hoc Work Groups (AWGs) and Proofs of Concepts for new Big Data AI initiatives, and leading requirements sessions, core team grooming, scope and impact assessment, story point estimation, and sprint planning, if applicable. The Project Manager will also develop and communicate project schedules, define and coordinate resources needed from across AI & Data to enable effective execution of goals, analyze and manage project risk, and develop risk mitigation plans. This role requires defining and managing the development roadmap in line with the strategic vision, ensuring clear communication up and down the organization on project status, and identifying opportunities to accelerate value capture within the Transformation program. The Project Manager will develop action plans, secure owners, and identify mechanisms to validate value capture while supporting annual and multi-year capital planning and strategy. Effective communication, both verbally and quantitatively, is essential for success in this role.
