About the position
Woodpeckers LLC is seeking an experienced Full Stack Magento Developer to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of Magento eCommerce sites. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in developing Magento/Adobe Commerce eCommerce sites and custom extensions, with a strong focus on Magento 2.X. This role requires a proactive approach in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment, and the ability to work on-site in Strongsville, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Setup and configure Magento 2.X (Adobe Commerce) sites.
- Custom Magento extension development.
- Custom Magento theme development.
- Custom API integration with third parties.
- Follow agile methodologies and practices around analysis, design, and development.
- Develop front-end web components using CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery as needed.
- Perform code reviews and proactively suggest changes to current site.
Requirements
- 5 years' professional experience in Magento 2.x development.
- Strong experience in PHP and MySQL.
- Good understanding of Google Products (GTM, Analytics) is a plus.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of Google products like GTM/Analytics.
