About The Position

We have an immediate need for a contract to hire Full Stack .NET Developer to work on a hybrid basis in Orlando, FL. The Software Engineer will be a crucial resource on the software development team, developing enterprise applications for data management and cleansing. The primary technology stack is SQL Server, .NET C#, and Angular. The team also works with some WPF, Windows Forms, and backend service software. The individual will participate in ongoing project work under the oversight of senior level engineering resources, and may at times guide junior level resources. This position will expose the engineer to the entire software stack, from backend storage all the way to the front end. For this position, a strong, middle-tier/frontend C# enterprise developer is preferred. Experience with Angular SPA applications and relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, etc.) is preferred. Ideal candidates will have strong object-oriented programming skills. The Software Engineer must work on all aspects of the software and demonstrate a willingness to put in time to learn unfamiliar areas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in .NET/C# working with enterprise software
• Experience with databases and database design; MSSQL is a strong plus
• Experience with SPA development; Angular is a strong plus
• Collaborative team worker - track record of stepping in to help others and fill in where needed
• Highly self-motivated - demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to diagnose enterprise software issues (connection/configuration problems, service issues, network problems, etc.)
• Debugging in a Windows environment using Visual Studio
• .NET Framework 4.5 and newer
• Demonstrate strong understanding of OOP
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
