About the position
The Full-Stack .NET Engineer at CapTech is responsible for developing and delivering technical solutions tailored to meet client needs. This role emphasizes collaboration within a team environment, leveraging a variety of technologies to create high-quality applications and services. The engineer will engage in continuous learning and mentoring, ensuring effective communication of technical concepts across diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver technical solutions that meet unique client needs.
- Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences.
- Leverage CapTech’s internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry-relevant knowledge and skills.
- Understand and implement object-oriented design patterns.
- Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
- Provide technical mentoring.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solution, Design and Development of applications using .Net Framework 4.7 - .Net Core 3.1.
- Demonstrated experience in Web development using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and the Entity Framework.
- RESTful API development using Web API and Swagger.
- Database development including SQL Server, Azure Cosmos, or Mongo DB.
- Front end development using JavaScript, CSS, and popular libraries including Angular, Bootstrap, Vue, or React.
- Comprehensive experience using Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
- Familiarity with multi-system integration and common issues that arise when integrating enterprise technologies.
- Ability to present technical ideas and high-level concepts and solutions to internal and external team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
- Understanding of performance testing and optimization techniques.
- Experience with source control and source control tools.
