About the position

Momar, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack PHP Developer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This role involves delivering innovative technology solutions through various development projects, including the company's career website. The developer will oversee project management, lead an off-shore development team, and maintain custom applications, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and manage off-shore Development Team, fostering collaboration and enhancing team performance.
• Maintain and enhance all custom applications and technology stacks, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
• Utilize PHP, Laravel, and React to build and maintain robust web applications.
• Maintain proper code documentation.
• Develop and manage WordPress sites, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Design and implement APIs to support various applications and integrations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing teams in managing online assets, enhancing digital presence, and optimizing user engagement.
• Utilize Google Analytics to track performance metrics and support ad campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining web applications using PHP, Laravel, and React.
• Experience with relational database applications such as Microsoft SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience in API development and integration.
• Familiarity with mobile app development processes and technologies.
• Experience working with Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
• Experience working with task management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, etc.
• Competent with using and deploying from source control platforms (Git and TFS) and DevOps (Azure).
• Previous experience in project management and team leadership is preferred.
