About the position

Right On Cue Services (ROCS) is seeking a Full-Stack Python Developer to enhance and support our digital products for the theater industry. This role combines DevOps expertise with full-stack development, focusing on building scalable solutions and automating processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute significantly to our innovative offerings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the development team to build and maintain backend server systems and processes.
• Develop and automate processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and cloud services.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.
• Customize and automate internal and external tools, including automated email systems and CRM integrations.
• Build and release robust server systems for licensing, processing, and distribution of desktop and mobile applications.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Python development.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
• Strong skills in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C++.
• Experience in server development on Linux, supporting MacOS and Windows.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in building and customizing backend systems and automated workflows.
• Knowledge of integrating cloud services and optimizing server-side infrastructure.
• Experience in frontend and backend full-stack development for server systems.
• Familiarity with audio/video player development or systems with performance requirements.
