Cyient is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React/Angular for frontend development and Python for backend services. As a member of our dynamic team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, scalable web applications. This is a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects in a fast-paced environment. While based in Hartford, CT, this position will be remote initially. Due to ITAR regulations, US Citizenship is required for this role. In this position, you will be responsible for both frontend and backend development. For frontend development, you will develop dynamic, responsive web applications using React.js or Angular, build and maintain reusable UI components and libraries, and optimize applications for speed and scalability. You will collaborate with designers to bring UI/UX designs to life and ensure high-quality code, focusing on technical feasibility and best practices. On the backend, you will design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Django or Flask, integrate front-end components with backend systems, and write efficient, scalable code for managing server-side logic and data flow. You will also implement and maintain data storage solutions using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, ensuring backend security with a focus on best practices for data protection. General responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, product management, and DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues across the entire stack, maintaining high code quality through documentation, testing, and version control (Git), participating in code reviews, and staying updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
