The Software Engineer - SME position at Nightwing involves developing and maintaining applications in a high-performing support team environment. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, and Bootstrap.
• Ensure systems are updated regularly and kept secure.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to meet user needs.
• Participate in technical discussions and retrospectives.
• Utilize agile development tools and practices, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Conduct unit testing and maintain code quality using GitHub.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science).
• Experience developing and maintaining applications in Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, and Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in browser technologies (HTML, HTTP, and CSS).
• Experience with Elasticsearch and the ELK stack.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced agile scrum environment.
• Proficient in using agile development tools and practices, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with unit testing and version control using GitHub.
