About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and maintaining innovative web applications that integrate seamlessly with our existing Salesforce environment. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust solutions that enhance user experience and drive business results. The position requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies to create scalable applications that meet client needs, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure application security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define technical requirements.
• Implement front-end and back-end web solutions utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce Apex.
• Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and best practices to continuously improve our development process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Salesforce technologies for 5+ years.
• Must have Salesforce & Javascript experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with back-end development using languages like Java or C#.
• Solid understanding of database management, preferably with Salesforce databases.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Retail/Fashion industry experience a plus.
