About the position

The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team is dedicated to building innovative tech solutions that enhance the advertising experience on the platform. This includes developing tools for understanding and optimizing ad creatives, as well as creating a marketplace that connects advertisers with creators and agencies. The team is focused on driving technology advancements in the ads tech and creative industry, ensuring that products deliver value to clients and creators alike. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing the TikTok Ads Creative Ecosystem, working on projects that include creative generation, landing page optimization, and the TikTok creative exchange. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, aiming to create user-friendly solutions that meet customer needs and drive product objectives. This position offers the opportunity to grow your business understanding while building scalable and reliable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build the TikTok Ads Creative Ecosystem with creative/landing page understanding, production/generation, optimization, TikTok creative exchange, etc.
• Understand product objectives and drive the development of user-friendly solutions to satisfy customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical fields.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, C++.
• 3+ years of working experience as a full stack engineer.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong interest in or previous experience of monetization technology is a plus.
