About the position

As a Full Stack Software Development Engineering intern at Accolade, you will play a crucial role in the development team, engaging in real-world projects that directly impact users. This internship offers hands-on experience with the company's tech stack and development processes, allowing you to collaborate with experienced developers, participate in code reviews, and enhance your skills through learning sessions.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and plans.
• Work on assigned tasks or user stories, including implementing new features and fixing bugs.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure alignment with user requirements.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Test and debug code to meet quality standards.
• Update project management tools like Jira to reflect task progress.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or has obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
• Ability to work in the Accolade Seattle office three days per week.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
