As a Full Stack UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. You will also be expected to conduct user research and testing to gather insights that will inform your design decisions. A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential, along with experience in responsive and adaptive design. Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA) is crucial to ensure that all users can effectively interact with the products you develop. In addition to design skills, the role requires a general understanding of version control systems like Git and the .NET framework, as well as experience with Azure DevOps. You will be expected to follow industry trends and best practices in UI design, while also demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset by performing work with limited tools and supervision. The ability to tell compelling stories using customer insights and data will be key to your success in this role, as will your capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements
