About the position
As an Associate Banker at our branch, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on helping customers with their banking needs, providing education on financial products, and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. This position is integral to the success of the branch, as you will represent our brand and culture while utilizing the latest banking solutions and technology.
Responsibilities
- Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
- Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and updating their information.
- Educates clients on using technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
- Assists with new account openings when needed.
- Performs branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM.
Requirements
- 6 months of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to make personal connections and engage customers in a professional manner.
- Strong desire and ability to influence and educate customers on technology.
- Cash handling experience.
