We are seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant for our well-established Vehicle Maintenance Company in Wilmington. The role involves various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the business, ensuring efficient communication and organization within the office.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and direct visitors and customers
  • Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Receive payments
  • Maintain filing and record keeping
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
