About the position

We are seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant for our well-established Vehicle Maintenance Company in Wilmington. This role involves providing administrative support, managing customer interactions, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and direct visitors and customers
  • Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Receive payments and maintain filing and record keeping
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Administrative experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational skills
