About the position

The Full-Time Bartender position at Bufford Restaurant Group is focused on providing exceptional customer service while serving a variety of beverages and food in a high-volume, from-scratch kitchen environment. The role requires a commitment to quality, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure, especially during busy shifts. Ideal candidates will be outgoing, enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, and be available for night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and coworkers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Handle cash and process transactions using POS systems.
• Lift and carry items up to 50lbs as needed.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements

• Experience in bartending or serving in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid Food Handler Certification.
