About the position

On Time Business Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Bookkeeper to join our busy accounting firm located in Granada Hills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry and the maintenance of clients' financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role involves preparing monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets, which are essential for the preparation of complete and accurate tax returns for our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to manage financial data and provide insights that help our clients make informed financial decisions. Candidates must possess a solid accounting or bookkeeping background, with proficiency in QuickBooks Pro, including both online and desktop versions. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is also highly beneficial. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Bookkeeper will be expected to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members. This is an in-office position, and we are looking for someone who can commit to a full-time schedule. Responsibilities
