About the position

The Full-Time Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and profit performance. This role serves as an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company, emphasizing teamwork, inclusivity, and a customer-first mindset. Brand Ambassadors engage with clients, execute company initiatives, and uphold the brand's core values, contributing to a collaborative and inspiring shopping environment.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
  • Support the store in executing company initiatives.
  • Participate in team training to achieve business results.
  • Think creatively to engage clients and expand the customer base.
  • Represent customer experience expectations in-store.
  • Deliver a consistent experience aligned with Ralph Lauren brand expectations.
  • Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach.
  • Champion Ralph Lauren's core values.

  • Uphold all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management on category opportunities or needs.
  • Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met.

Requirements

  • Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
  • Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including day, evening, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
