About the position

The Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate role at our fast-growing business consulting firm involves engaging with customers to determine their needs, process orders, and build trusting relationships. This position is crucial for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction as we expand our brand marketing and sales team in the Southern LA area.

Responsibilities

  • Determine eligibility and process orders successfully.
  • Build reliable, trusting relationships with customers.
  • Understand consumer needs and tailor unique solutions to drive sales.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new customers during the order and setup process.
  • Build customer loyalty through exceptional listening and consultative relationship building.
  • Communicate with customers with empathy and sincerity while processing orders efficiently.
  • Manage sensitive customer information and adhere to compliance standards.
  • Use provided resources and sales tactics to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed performance standards set by Senior Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
  • Proven success in a customer service and consultative sales environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively with sales teams to achieve common sales targets.
