About the position

The Full-Time Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and store initiatives. This role serves as an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company, emphasizing teamwork, inclusivity, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive selling.
  • Support the store in executing company initiatives.
  • Participate in team training to achieve business results.
  • Engage clients creatively and reach out to a wider client base.
  • Represent customer experience expectations in-store effectively.
  • Deliver a consistent experience aligned with Ralph Lauren brand expectations.
  • Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach.

  • Support a collaborative environment focused on the customer.

  • Ensure sales floor and all store standards are met at all times.

Requirements

  • Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
  • Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including day, evening, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
  • Planning and prioritization/time management skills.
