As a Full-Time Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren, you will play a crucial role in delivering a customer-first mindset and providing a personalized shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to engage customers, drive sales, and support the overall store initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and delivering on sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive selling. You will support the store in executing company initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results. Creativity will be essential as you think of new ways to engage clients and expand the customer base. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent the customer experience expectations in-store, ensuring that every interaction aligns with Ralph Lauren's brand standards. You will also engage in store client initiatives and community outreach, acting as a champion of Ralph Lauren's core values. Embracing new technologies and supporting a collaborative environment with the customer at its core will be key aspects of your role. You will provide ongoing feedback to management regarding successes and opportunities, helping to strengthen customer connectivity through alternative purchasing processes and broaden customer accessibility to product discovery. Maintaining exceptional productivity standards and upholding all company policies and procedures will be critical to your success. You will ensure that the sales floor and all store standards are met at all times, contributing to a positive and efficient shopping environment for customers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
  • Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends, and may include overnight shifts and travel as required.
  • Proven track record of success, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
  • Planning and prioritization/time management skills.
