You will support the store in executing company initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results. In this position, you will represent the customer experience expectations within the store, ensuring that every interaction aligns with Ralph Lauren's brand values. You will engage in store client initiatives and community outreach, acting as a champion of the brand's core values. Embracing new technologies and alternative shopping methods, you will support a collaborative environment focused on customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve networking and sourcing talent, providing ongoing feedback to management regarding successes and opportunities for improvement. Maintaining exceptional productivity standards is crucial, as you will uphold all company policies and procedures while ensuring that the sales floor and store standards are consistently met. You will also be responsible for strengthening customer connectivity through various purchasing processes and broadening product accessibility through digital means. Requirements

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends, and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required).
• Proven track record of success, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
• Planning and prioritization/time management skills.
