Full-Time Brewery Taproom Kitchen Supervisor

About the position

Pryes Brewing Company is seeking a full-time Brewery Taproom Kitchen Supervisor to join their hospitality team. This role focuses primarily on kitchen management while also ensuring a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced environment. The position involves supervising the taproom floor, training team members, and maintaining service standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to make quick decisions under pressure, and committed to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the guest experience and flow of the taproom, including table touching and pace of service.
• Assist the taproom management team in training, supervising, and coaching Taproom Team Members.
• Supervise the taproom floor to ensure quality and consistency in service for every guest.
• Ensure checklists and opening/closing procedures are completed each shift.
• Communicate effectively with the team and guests, providing clear direction and information.
• Observe performance and take corrective action as needed, encouraging team growth.
• Maintain a positive relationship with all departments and attend relevant meetings.
• Move throughout the taproom to monitor beer quality, food quality, and service standards.
• Execute regular inventory of beer, glassware, and other necessary supplies with Taproom Managers.
• Ensure compliance with food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Legal age to serve alcohol.
• Previous experience in bars/restaurants is a plus.
• Attention to detail and quality in products and customer experience.
• Professionalism and a desire to grow competence and skills.
• Combination of creativity, exceptional execution, and personal character.
