TRANZACT, a Willis Towers Watson company, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents in Fort Myers, Florida. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with some of the most recognized and respected insurance brands in America. Our Sales Agents typically earn between $62,000 and $75,000 in their first year, which includes uncapped monthly bonuses. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry, and we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will work in a call center environment, where you will contact and qualify prospective customers, explaining the features and benefits of various insurance policies. You will recommend coverage options based on a thorough analysis of each prospect's circumstances. This position requires a high degree of professionalism and integrity, as you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with quality assurance standards while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance your skills and performance. We understand that many of our best sales agents come from diverse backgrounds, including hospitality, teaching, and marketing. If you do not currently hold a Health Insurance license, we will assist you in obtaining your Florida Insurance License through our comprehensive pre-licensing course. Responsibilities

  • Contacts and qualifies prospective customers and explains features and merits of policies offered, recommending amount and type of coverage based on analysis of prospect's circumstances.
  • Communicates professionally with customers to explain policies, show value of brand(s) represented, and follow up as necessary to sell appropriate plans or policies.
  • Calculates and/or quotes premium rates for recommended policies.
  • Develops and maintains thorough product knowledge.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and follows compliance/quality assurance requirements.
  • Utilizes client and/or company-provided computer systems to perform accurate and timely data entry and submit applications.
  • Follows scripts and designated sales processes to complete sales in a compliant and effective manner.
  • Actively participates in training and coaching on an ongoing basis to improve performance.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • 1 year of sales experience (Preferred)
